I made myself a pen

Despite me not really being a fountain pen person, even if I have done minor contributions to the Pendulum app. I still enjoy pens. I’m lucky that the person living with me loves pens, and has many to choose from. I’m strictly forbidden from touching any of the TWSBI Eco pens in the house. I tend to fidget and get ink all over myself mid-meeting, so that’s probably for the best.

I have always enjoyed the look and the shape of a Kaweco Sport though, and last year during the Dutch Pen Show representatives of Kaweco would let you put together a ‘DIY’ version of their pen yourself in their colour of the year. For the past year I’ve been saying that the next time I’m going, I’ll make myself one. That happend to be this past weekend, and I now get to call myself the proud owner of a Kaweco DIY Sport in the colour Emerald Eve
